Use of Talent Intelligence Lab ATS.
These concise terms describe expected use of this ATS. They are not a substitute for a negotiated customer agreement or legal advice.
Section / 01
Authorized workspace access
The platform is for users authorized to access a workspace. Keep credentials confidential and notify an administrator if access should be changed or removed.
Section / 02
Customer responsibilities
Organizations are responsible for the content they upload, their hiring decisions, user permissions, candidate notices, and compliance with laws that apply to their recruiting activity.
Section / 03
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, upload unlawful material, or use automated probing outside an approved security process.
Section / 04
Service changes
Features may change as the product evolves. We aim to maintain reliable access, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Section / 05
Important limitation
The platform helps organize recruiting workflows and signals. It does not replace human judgment, legal review, or an organization's obligations in employment decisions.

Privacy and data protection
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. For candidate data you upload to your workspace, you are the controller and we act as your data intermediary; you are responsible for the lawful basis, notices, and consents required for that data. AI features assist your team and do not make hiring decisions on their own.
